I agree. Bluetooth headsets need to go. There will be an entire generation that grows older wondering why they have tumors and cancer growing like some menace in their head.

It has been pretty well established that transmission waves are a cancer cause. The British media has this well documented although the US media refuses to print it because of the amount of money riding on cell phone sales and other peripheral items.

I get that. I don't think I would replace the headset I got unless I become really used to it by then.

The neat thing for me is that it will eventually get to the point where Bluetooth is used in other devices, like wearable computers.

Also, this particular headset will switch from my laptop/iPod to my phone when I get a call, and looks snazzy on top of that. It is pretty cool.

But I do not think it outweighs the waste factor. We need to seriously be more aware of the materials that go into the electronics we buy.

Hey, what do you think of the <a href="http://www.gigabyte.com.tw/Products/Motherboard/Products_Overview.aspx?ProductID=2287&ModelName=GA-M57SLI-S4" rel="nofollow">GA-M57SLI-S4</a>? E-mail me, of course. ^_^
